These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Releaf website available at www.releaf.com, including any country-specific sections, subdomains and subfolders (such as www.releaf.com/de) (together, the Platform).
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
We recommend that you print or save a copy of these Terms for future reference.
1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
1.1 These Terms govern your use of the Platform only.
Separate terms and conditions may apply where you:

- register as a patient;
- book or attend a consultation;
- purchase products or services;
- receive healthcare services;
- obtain prescriptions; or
- use country-specific services made available through the Platform.
Those terms (referred to in these Terms as the Country-Specific Patient Terms) will be made available to you before you access the relevant services.
1.2 If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and any applicable Country-Specific Patient Terms, the Country-Specific Patient Terms shall prevail to the extent of that inconsistency in relation to the relevant services.
1.3 These Terms govern your use of the Platform. The provision of healthcare services is governed by the applicable Country-Specific Patient Terms and any agreements with the relevant healthcare provider.
1.4 We may update these Terms from time to time.
Whenever we make material changes, we will publish the updated version on the Platform and update the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. ABOUT RELEAF
2.1 The Platform is operated by Releaf Dispensary Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 14097825) whose registered office is at 1 King's Avenue, London N21 3NA ("Releaf", "we", "our" or "us").
2.2 Releaf operates an online platform through which users may access healthcare information and, where available, healthcare services.
2.3 The Platform is intended for an international audience. However, the products, medicines and services available through the Platform differ between jurisdictions and are subject to applicable local laws and regulatory requirements.
Nothing on the Platform should be interpreted as confirming that any product, medicine or healthcare service is available in every country.
2.4 Country-specific sections of the Platform (for example /de) are provided to assist users in accessing services available within those jurisdictions. Access to a country-specific section does not itself create any entitlement to receive services within that jurisdiction.
Eligibility for services will always be determined in accordance with the applicable Country-Specific Patient Terms and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
3. DEFINITIONS
In these Terms:
Country-Specific Patient Terms means the terms and conditions governing the healthcare services, consultations, prescriptions, medicines, products or other services made available to users within a particular jurisdiction.
Content means all information, text, graphics, images, video, audio, software, code, databases, documents, logos, branding and other material made available on or through the Platform.
Platform means the Releaf website located atwww.releaf.com, together with all associated country-specific pages, subdomains, subfolders and services.
Services means any products, healthcare services, consultations, prescriptions, medicines, subscriptions or other services made available through the Platform.
User, you or your means any individual accessing or using the Platform.
4. COUNTRY-SPECIFIC SERVICES
4.1 The Platform is designed to support users across multiple jurisdictions.
Not all Services are available in every jurisdiction and the Services available in a particular jurisdiction may change from time to time.
4.2 Healthcare services, consultations, prescriptions, medicines and other regulated products may only be available in jurisdictions where Releaf (or the relevant healthcare provider) is legally authorised to provide those Services.
4.3 Nothing contained on the Platform constitutes:
- an offer to provide healthcare services in every jurisdiction;
- an invitation to obtain prescription medicines where prohibited by law; or
- confirmation that you are eligible to receive any particular Service.
4.4 You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in your country of residence or the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform.
5. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
5.1 By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that:
- you have read and understood these Terms;
- you agree to comply with them;
- where applicable, you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of any organisation you represent; and
- you will comply with any Country-Specific Patient Terms applicable to the Services you access.
5.2 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform.
6. ELIGIBILITY AND USER ACCOUNTS
6.1 Eligibility
You may use the Platform only if you are legally entitled to do so under the laws applicable in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform.
Where access to particular Services is restricted by age, residency, regulatory requirements or clinical eligibility, you must satisfy those requirements before accessing those Services. We may require you to verify your identity before permitting access to certain Services.
6.2 Account Registration
Certain features of the Platform may require you to create an account.
When creating an account you agree that:
(a) all information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date;
(b) you will promptly update any information that changes;

(h) to use the Platform in any manner likely to damage Releaf's reputation or goodwill; or
(i) in any way that places an unreasonable or disproportionate burden upon our systems.
(j) to attempt to circumvent jurisdictional, eligibility or technical restrictions implemented by us.
7.3 Automated Access
Unless expressly authorised by us in writing, you must not:
(a) scrape, crawl or harvest data from the Platform;
(b) use robots, spiders or automated scripts to access the Platform;
(c) conduct text or data mining activities;
(d) use the Platform or its Content to train, develop or improve artificial intelligence or machine learning models; or
(e) systematically extract or re-utilise any substantial part of the Platform or its databases.
This prohibition applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
7.4 Monitoring
We reserve the right to monitor use of the Platform where reasonably necessary to:
- maintain security;
- investigate suspected misuse;
- comply with legal or regulatory obligations; or
- protect our users, staff or business.
Nothing in this clause creates any obligation on us to monitor user activity.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1 Ownership
The Platform and all Content made available through it are owned by, licensed to or otherwise lawfully used by Releaf and are protected by copyright, trade mark, database, design and other intellectual property laws throughout the world.
All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved.
8.2 Limited Licence
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal use.
This licence does not permit you to:
- reproduce;
- distribute;
- modify;
- publish;
- create derivative works from;
- commercially exploit; or
- publicly display
any Content except where expressly permitted by law or with our prior written consent.
8.3 Trade Marks
"Releaf", our logos, branding, trade marks, product names and service names are proprietary to Releaf or our licensors.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use those trade marks without our prior written permission.
8.4 Copyright Notices
You must not remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trade mark or proprietary notices appearing on the Platform or within any Content.
9. USER CONTENT
9.1 If we make functionality available allowing users to upload reviews, comments, feedback or other material ("User Content"), you retain ownership of your User Content.
9.2 By submitting User Content you grant Releaf a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, publish, distribute and otherwise use that User Content solely for the purposes of operating, administering, improving and promoting the Platform and our Services.
9.3 You warrant that any User Content you submit:
(a) is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
(b) does not infringe the rights of any third party;
(c) is not unlawful, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory or misleading;
(d) does not contain confidential information belonging to another person without appropriate authority; and
(e) complies with all applicable laws.
9.4 We may remove or restrict access to User Content where we reasonably believe that it breaches these Terms or applicable law.
10. HEALTHCARE INFORMATION
10.1 General Information Only
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Content made available on the Platform is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

12. AVAILABILITY OF THE PLATFORM
12.1 We aim to ensure that the Platform remains available at all times. However, we do not guarantee that access will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

- modify;
- discontinue; or
- restrict access
to all or part of the Platform at any time where reasonably necessary for:

We shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in performing obligations relating to the Platform where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include, without limitation:
- natural disasters;
- epidemics or pandemics;
- cyber attacks;
- interruption of telecommunications or internet services;
- industrial disputes;
- governmental action;
- changes in applicable law;
- failure of utilities; or
- failures affecting third-party technology providers.
Where reasonably practicable, we will take appropriate steps to minimise disruption and restore normal operation of the Platform.
15. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
15.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data responsibly.

17.3 Termination of your access to the Platform will not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued before termination, including any rights arising under applicable Country-Specific Patient Terms.
18. CHANGES TO THE PLATFORM
18.1 We may update, improve, modify or discontinue any aspect of the Platform from time to time.
18.2 We may also introduce new functionality, features or Services or withdraw existing functionality where this is necessary for operational, commercial, legal or regulatory reasons.
18.3 Nothing in these Terms guarantees that any particular feature or Service will remain available indefinitely.
19. GENERAL
19.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the Platform.
Where you receive Services, the applicable Country-Specific Patient Terms and any other documents expressly incorporated into those terms will form the agreement governing those Services.
19.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
19.3 Waiver
If we delay or fail to exercise any right under these Terms, this shall not prevent us from exercising that right at a later time.
19.4 Assignment
We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to another company within our corporate group or as part of a merger, acquisition or business reorganisation.
Any such transfer will not adversely affect your rights under these Terms.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
19.5 Third Party Rights
Except where expressly stated, no person other than you and Releaf Dispensary Ltd has any right to enforce these Terms.
19.6 Language
These Terms may be made available in languages other than English for convenience.
If there is any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
19.7 Electronic Communications
Where these Terms require us to notify you, we may do so by publishing updates on the Platform, emailing you or otherwise communicating electronically where appropriate.
20. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
20.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
20.2 Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights that you may have under the laws of the country in which you ordinarily reside where those rights cannot lawfully be excluded.
20.3 To the extent permitted by applicable law, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
21. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
Nothing on the Platform should be interpreted as promoting, advertising or making available regulated products or services except where permitted by applicable law.
